Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com

or Asana

communications; familiarity with desktop publishing tools is preferred

Apply strong project management discipline across executive priorities, including

timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive follow-ups to

ensure on-time delivery

Operate with high energy, responsiveness, and flexibility, including willingness to

travel to support executive and business needs

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in executive administration or senior administrative

support roles, preferably in high-growth, industrial, or technology-enabled

environments

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-

functional initiatives, manage timelines, and drive tasks to completion with

minimal oversight

Proven ability to operate with speed and accuracy in a high-demand, executive-

facing role

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with

Monday.com, Asana, or similar workflow tools

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
