Position Overview

Blueview Recovery is seeking a driven and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support leadership initiatives. This role is central to the organization—ensuring day-to-day functions run smoothly, departments stay aligned, and performance goals are met.

This is a mid-level leadership role ideal for someone with experience in a substance use disorder (SUD) or mental health treatment setting who is comfortable managing staff, executing operational priorities, and assisting in executive-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments

  • Assist and execute in executive-level tasks and initiatives

  • Track and report on key performance metrics including census, admissions, retention, and program performance

  • Monitor admissions pipeline and ensure smooth, efficient intake processes

  • Coordinate across clinical, admissions, outreach, and administrative teams

  • Hold staff accountable to performance expectations and operational standards

  • Create, manage, and analyze reports using Excel and internal systems

  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

  • Assist in building and maintaining systems, workflows, and SOPs

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards

Qualifications
  • Required: Experience working in a SUD and/or mental health treatment facility

  • Required: Prior management or leadership experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, and data analysis)

  • Experience creating and managing operational reports
