As a Tower Technician II, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. Responsibilities

Job Duties:

Work at construction sites to:

  • Climbing towers and ladders at various heights averaging 250 feet
  • Erecting various tower types
  • Preparation and cleaning of telecommunication sites
  • Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers
  • Follow Safety procedures
  • Identify and select the proper rigging materials per weight and size of load
  • Perform guy wire change outs, tower modifications and plumb and tension
  • Read a compass, set azimuths and down tilts per specifications
  • Provide technical guidance to junior hands while on tower under the direction of foreman

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or foreign equivalent plus one year experience in the job offered.
