Job Title : Coupa Consultant
Location: Remote (Supporting PST time zone)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Coupa (Business Spend Management) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and hands-on experience across Coupa modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Coupa projects (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
  • Configure and support Coupa modules such as:
    • Procurement
    • Invoicing
    • Sourcing
    • Contracts
    • Expenses
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and IT teams
  • Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (NetSuite)
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support UAT, training, and post-go-live support
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
  • Prepare documentation (BRD, FSD, test cases, SOPs)
  • Stay updated with Coupa releases and enhancements
  • Familiar with Coupa-Celigo integration and troubleshooting issues
  • NetSuite Knowledge is an added advantage
