Celestar Corporation is seeking aSenior Data Integration (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VA
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.

Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
โ€ข Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Desired Education: Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline.
โ€ข Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
โ€ข At least 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
โ€ข Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
