CDL drivers working night shifts often face challenges such as fatigue, adjusting to irregular sleep schedules, and decreased visibility on the road. Additionally, night drivers should practice defensive driving and communicate closely with dispatch and other team members to ensure safety and timely deliveries. Many companies also offer support resources and training to help night drivers adapt successfully.
