About this opportunity
The School Instructor is responsible for training students to produce the highest quality safe drivers. The School Instructor works with students both in the classroom and on the road, teaching them to operate a vehicle safely on the driving range as well as on public roads, and to learn the skills necessary to pass the state CDL exam.
Pay and Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday, day shift. The pay range is $60,000 - $65,000/year dependent on experience.

How you will contribute to the success of the team
  • Prepare and deliver classroom, equipment, range, and road instruction.
  • Monitor student progress and provide additional assistance as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and records accurately and completely as required by laws, policies, and school regulations.
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom and on the range by enforcing rules and procedures.
  • Keep current with laws and developments related to commercial truck driving.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • 2 years of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years or 1 year of experience as a Class A CDL Instructor.
