RESPONSIBILITIES

As a 6-month temporary contract (CDD of 6 months), the Senior Digital Project Manager is a key strategic leader within the Global Digital team, responsible for driving best-in-class digital excellence.

This role ensures that all digital initiatives, from institutional storytelling to social content, reflect the highest standards of innovation, and craftsmanship. The Senior Digital Project Manager guarantees seamless execution, brand consistency, and elevated digital expression across all platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

Global Digital Leadership & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of global digital initiatives, ensuring alignmentwith brand positioning, storytelling pillars, and commercial readiness.
  • Drive integrated digital project timelines across Fashion Houses, Social, Content, E-commerceand Media teams.
  • Oversee agency collaboration (creative, social, production, media) to ensure premium outputand on-time delivery.
  • Implement structured processes and governance to ensure consistency across markets whilepreserving brand elevation.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact with Fashion Houses, nurturing the relationship and buildingtrust for seamless collaboration.

Social Media Strategy

  • Define and evolve global social media strategy across both brands, ensuring strong brandcodes, exclusivity, and cultural relevance while leading the Gucci Beauty.
  • Supervise global content calendars and ensure storytelling remains aspirational, refined, andplatform-native.
  • Identify emerging luxury, beauty, and cultural trends to position the brands at the forefront ofinnovation.

Global Campaigns & Digital Content

  • Lead digital content development for institutional initiatives the IMP.
  • Ensure all digital assets are platform-optimized while preserving high-end visual and narrativestandards.
  • Embed a digital-first mindset within campaign development, ensuring social, paid, andorganic ecosystems are cohesively orchestrated.
  • Lead strategy & execution for Gucci Beauty ecom shooting ensuring alignment with keystakeholders, budget management & production guidelines are optimized.

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or digital project management within luxurybeauty, prestige fashion, or high-end consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and global image control.
  • Proven experience managing multi-market rollouts and high-visibility global launches.
  • Experience working with creative and production agencies at premium standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complexity in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of digital platform nuances.
