Job description

Longstanding, casual, fine dining restaurant staged in an 1890's Victorian house is in need of a new Chef de Cuisine. We do approximately 20+ menus a year with seasonal changes, tasting dinners, and holiday events. We are Longmont's go to "special occasions and date night" spot, with the largest patio on the front range. We have a professional, laid-back staff with very little turnover historically. We're looking for a Chef with great people skills, an industry professional with 5+ years of upper-level experience who is passionate, creative, respectful of the team environment, and loves to push culinary boundaries with a solid foundation and execution of the basics.
