Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior advisors to support and manage their client relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and leverage our expansive referral networks to drive business growth
  • Develop a pipeline of new business through networking, prospecting, and centers of influence
  • Provide exceptional service and financial guidance, ensuring clients receive personalized strategies tailored to their goals
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios and identify opportunities in investment, retirement, estate, tax, and insurance planning
  • Stay ahead of market trends and proactively recommend strategies that align with clients’ evolving financial needs


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant industry experience in wealth management and/or financial planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and lasting client relationships
  • The ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients
  • A proven track record of business development and client network expansion
  • Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized institution
  • Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) required
  • Clean U-4 record
  • Life/Health/Variable Annuity licenses preferred
  • CFP® designation strongly preferred or the ability to obtain it within a designated timeframe
