         Network Architecture and Infrastructure skillsets are required to configure in addition to project coordinate experience
          CCNA, CCNP and/or CCIE certified
         Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
         Strong problem solving skills with the ability to detect underlying patterns, identify root causes and design optimal process solutions 
         Ability to troubleshoot and work towards a solution with implementation teams on high priority issues
         Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation (architecture, design and training)
         Strong interpersonal skills
         Basic program management skills to organize and report on multiple assets/sites/locations
