Duration: 3 months

Role Overview:
We are looking for a CCIE Collaboration Certified Engineer to lead a Webex Contact Center transformation. The candidate must have deep, hands-on expertise in Cisco Webex Contact Center (WxCC) — covering migration, IVR/ACD routing, and flow development — combined with strong Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience in large-scale environments.
Level: Senior / Lead Engineer with a proven track record across the full contact center delivery lifecycle: design, implementation, and migration of enterprise cloud solutions. Approximately 10 years experience, 3+ years hands-on.
Skills:
Required:
  • CCIE Collaboration certification
  • Cisco Webex Contact Center (WxCC) — IVR/ACD flow development, migration, Webex Control Hub
  • Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
  • SIP call routing and RTP/media path troubleshooting
  • Enterprise live-agent handoff and orchestration
  • True Lead experience with solutions experience
