Highlights
  • Zero-Hour Physician to provide support for the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) at our Children's Hospital campus in Oak Lawn
  • Our PCICU is a 16-bed unit that cares for pediatric patients with congenital and acquired heart disease, adults with congenital heart disease.
  • The primary role will be to provide cardiac critical care services including management of various forms of mechanical circulatory support, collaborating with subspecialty partners and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities include resident and fellow education, specifically pediatric residents, and fellows in cardiology, critical care and neonatology.
  • Clinical research opportunities are available and encouraged.
