Compensation: $105,000โ€“$145,000 annually

Our team, CCF Group, is searching for a Primary Care PA to join our team in order to support and provide the best care to our patients. Our team offers roles for Physician Assistants within long-term care settings based in Tulsa and/or Oklahoma City (OKC), as well as separate clinic-based PA positions located in Edmond, OK. Both roles include the added flexibility of completing charting remotely from the comfort of your own home or workspace. To support our team in completing efficient and accurate documentation, our owners have developed their own physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly! Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive primary care evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness services
  • Explain diagnoses, test results, treatment options, and expected outcomes to patients and caregivers
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR


Qualifications


Education & Licensure

  • Masterโ€™s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the State of Oklahoma
  • National board certification:
    • NP: FNP-BC or AGPCNP-BC
    • PA: NCCPA certification
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)


Experience

  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
  • Experience managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease
  • Proficiency in medical terminology, physical assessment, and clinical decision-making
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance
  • Ability to work in clinical, long-term care, and home-based environments
  • May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases
  • Frequent interaction with patients, caregivers, and facility staff
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
  • Position may involve travel between facilities and patient homes
    Physical Demands
  • Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching
  • Ability to assist with patient mobility (e.g., wheelchair transport when necessary)
