Leading Global Assurance Partner, LRQA seeks detail-oriented Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) to join our world class organization. This position is responsible for providing advisory services to Organizations Seeking Assessment/Certification (OSA's & OSC's). You will provide advisory services to all Levels of the CMMC Ecosystem.
This position is responsible for ensuring our organization meets the stringent cybersecurity standards set by the Department of War (DoW) in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the CMMC framework and will utilize this knowledge to facilitate comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for our company.
CCA Responsibilities
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and CMMC advisory - primarily remotely, some travel required.
  • Provide expert cybersecurity consulting to clients.
  • Contribute to compliance research and technical analysis.
  • Support our marketing team with your cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Assist in developing and improving internal processes and tools.

Qualifications
  • Active CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) and Certified Assessor (CCA) certifications.
  • At least one active cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISM, CASP+, Security+, or CySA+.
  • 3+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • 1+ year of assessment/auditing experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and professional writing skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-35%.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

CCA Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 7012, NIST RMF, and other cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Technical experience in implementing security controls.
  • Military or Federal cybersecurity background.
