About the Role:
As a CBRE Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. The Marketing Coordinator is an essential member of the property team, serving as a primary resource for tenants and a key assistant to the Marketing Director. This role focuses on the execution of marketing strategies, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects with speed and urgency.
What You'll Do:
  • Property Initiatives: Assist in executing property marketing activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Retailer Engagement: Work with the Marketing Director to engage retailers and tenant participation in marketing initiatives.
  • Logistics: Manage necessary signage, mall directories, and the setup of mall marketing activations/events.
  • Performance Tracking: Capture event and marketing content and document results
  • Content Strategy: Maintain and execute content calendars across social media, event marketing and PR channels.
  • Social Media & Website Management: Manage, update, distribute content and optimize the property website and social media accounts
  • Email Marketing: Cultivate and strategically plan the property's email program.
  • Tenant Support: Build rapport with tenants; provide proactive tactics to increase their traffic and sales.
  • Under-performing Assets: Assist the Marketing Director in creating activation opportunities for struggling tenants.
  • Community Building: Focus on developing local community relationships, community activations and supporting property press releases.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure all work abides by established brand standards and best practices.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain knowledge of current retail trends and the competitive landscape.

What You'll Need:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail, Hospitality, Marketing, or Shopping Center environments.
  • Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram marketing.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and excellent time management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iOS.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing position is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing position is $54,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program
