What is a cbl?

CBL typically stands for 'Competency-Based Learning,' which is an educational approach that focuses on students demonstrating mastery of specific skills or competencies at their own pace. In the context of jobs, a CBL facilitator or coordinator may design, implement, and assess programs that allow learners to progress based on their ability to demonstrate these competencies rather than on time spent in class. This approach is commonly used in both K-12 and higher education, as well as in corporate training environments, to ensure learners acquire practical, job-relevant skills.
