You are a strategic, highly organized marketing professional who thrives on transforming business objectives into thoughtfully executed marketing initiatives. You combine creativity with operational excellence, balancing big-picture thinking with exceptional attention to detail. You enjoy collaborating across departments, building strong relationships with wholesale partners and vendors, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen wholesale partnerships, elevate the LAGOS brand, and support business growth across retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and digital channels. This role oversees wholesale marketing programs, seasonal campaigns, cooperative advertising initiatives, marketing operations, project management, and creative asset development while ensuring every initiative reflects the company's luxury positioning and brand standards. Working closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, Public Relations, Operations, and Wholesale Brand Management, the Marketing Manager serves as a central marketing partner who drives collaboration, improves operational efficiency, and delivers measurable business results.
Essential Functions
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives across wholesale, retail, ecommerce, and digital channels.
  • Develop project plans, marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign briefs that align with business objectives and brand priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives with Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, Public Relations, Wholesale Brand Management, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, product information, pricing, grammar, and brand consistency prior to distribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics, using insights to recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and customer engagement.

Wholesale Marketing & Partner Engagement
  • Manage wholesale marketing requests, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and aligned with LAGOS brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for cooperative advertising programs, including request management, reimbursement administration, documentation, compliance, and partner communication.
  • Develop marketing communications, presentations, promotional materials, training resources, and account-specific assets that support wholesale growth and strengthen partner relationships.

Marketing Operations & Brand Excellence
  • Manage marketing workflows through project management platforms, proactively prioritizing work, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate print production, marketing asset management, vendor relationships, budget tracking, invoice processing, and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration while leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities that strengthen brand positioning and support business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, consumer brands, or a premium product environment.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to move work forward across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Basecamp, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium brand standards.
