Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing windows and doors across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. Responsibilities

  • Measure and assess openings to determine proper window and door sizing, ensuring precise fitment based on blueprints and schematics
  • Install a variety of window types, including fixed, sliding, casement, and specialty glass units, using hand tools and power tools with precision
  • Hang doors—interior, exterior, steel, or wood—aligning frames accurately and securing them firmly in place
  • Apply caulking, weatherproofing materials, and sealants to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance of installations
  • Assist with fabrication tasks such as trimming, framing, or customizing components to fit specific project requirements
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring safety compliance on-site

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on window and door installation or related carpentry roles
  • Comfortable with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws)
  • Knowledge of construction materials such as glass, framing components, caulking compounds, trim carpentry elements, stucco finishes, and waterproofing.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to adapt quickly on-site
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs., and working indoors and outdoors.
