Job description


Advatech Pacific is currently seeking an Catia Designer with 7 plus years experience. This position will be located in Elyria, Ohio. The primary focus will be on modeling and design of Mechanical Components and Systems. Catia will be the primary software utilized. The ideal candidate will participate in regular meetings to coordinate design details with clients, designers, engineers and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated design and modeling experience with mechanical components in Catia.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Good modeling and packaging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Catia experience.
  • Experience creating and modifying drawings.
  • Experience with Fuel/Pneumatic/Hydraulic Valves, Assemblies and Actuators.
  • Basic Understanding of electrical components associated with Fuel/Hydraulic systems.

Education

Requires a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
