In this role, you will lead the maintenance department, overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance programs while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and plant uptime. You will work closely with Production and Engineering teams, manage capital improvement projects, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team while overseeing daily maintenance operations
• Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, continuous improvement, and plant modernization initiatives
• Day shift position Monday – Friday

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance is advantageous
• Looking for specialist training, long-term progression, and to join a growing manufacturing business
