Program Coordinator:

Plan, develop, implement and monitor assigned programs; provide training, learning resources and technical assistance needed. Coordinate and direct operations for our Senior & Adult Services Program to assure efficient and sound programmatic and fiscal operations. Make recommendations and assist in the formulation of objectives, practices and plans.

  • Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of
  • Plan and implement
  • Give work directives, resolve problems, and set
  • Prepare and/or monitor reports and
  • Coordinate and monitor
  • Supervise a staff of
  • Work within the framework of the program budget while managing a variety of concurrent activities effectively.
  • May participate in the selection of new employees for the May train new employees in areas relevant to the program.

Requirements: 

  • Combination of experience and education normally represented by a bachelor’s degree and from 2 to 3 years of related professional experience, including

  • Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Must be able to form good working and therapeutic
  • Ability to work with diverse client population, community organizations as well as staff at all
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and can maintain
  • Good working knowledge of computers with familiarity of Microsoft Office
