Valley View is an 78-bed hospital located in Glenwood Springs Colorado. We have 1 Cath Lab and 1 Hybrid Cath Lab, with pre and post procedure areas. This is a unique experience to work in a smaller hospital setting, spend the summer in the Colorado Rockies, while working in an established and rapidly growing Hybrid Cath Lab that rivals those found in university settings, boasting some of the most advanced technologies. We are the only 24/7 Cath Lab on the Western Slope of Colorada, COME BE A PART OF SOMETHING! The Cath Lab RN plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice during pre, intra and post care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. Required: Current Colorado RN license, Compact RN License or eligibility to obtain Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association Minimum of 3 years RN Cath Lab/EP experience. Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus Flu Vaccination - (mandatory) - no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1- must be from THIS flu season Schedule: Full-time 4-10-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and evening/weekend call. 30-minute callback radius applicable.
