Job Summary

The Nursing Cath Lab Manager promotes a helpful work environment. Patients, families, and staff receive compassionate care. They plan, implement, and assess policies. Manage budgets and resources, oversee improvement, and organize educational programs. They also participate in governance councils to meet priorities. This role involves providing nursing care.

  • Formulate and convey a clear plan for nursing procedures within your assigned area.
  • Involve supervisors and team members in establishing and achieving departmental priorities.
