Warehouse Associate

Caterpillar Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Waco Distribution Center. As a Caterpillar Warehouse Associate, you support Caterpillar's customers by getting parts from our distribution centers directly to where they need them. This role includes sorting parts, and operating equipment, such as reach trucks and cherry pickers.

Location & Schedule

Caterpillar Waco Distribution Center: 2901 Gateway Blvd, Waco, TX 76712

2nd Shift:

Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm ($19.05/hour + $1.50 Shift Premium)

Weekend AWS:

SaturdayMonday, 6:00 AM6:00 PM ($19.05/hour + $2.12/hour AWS Shift Premium)

Starting Pay: $19.05/hour + Shift Premium Paid Weekly

What You'll Do

  • Safely perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material-handling activities.
  • Use handheld scanners for receiving, counting, and order processing.
  • Train and operate equipment such as reach trucks, cherry/order pickers, and forklifts. (Experience preferred)
  • Use pneumatic and power tools to build shipping containers and apply paint/rust preventative.
  • Report equipment defects and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Ability to read, write, and conduct business in English.
  • Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
  • Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to learn multiple processes and work in changing temperatures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform basic math/quality checks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and repeatedly walk, stand, sit, squat, and bend throughout the shift.
  • Overtime may be required.
