An Assembler is responsible for assembly and disassembly, testing and packaging of product.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
  • Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun
  • Steam clean pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips
  • Dip parts into rust remover
  • Oil parts prior to packaging
  • Final inspection of parts
  • Band work pieces and prepare for shipping

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive operations
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
  • Blueprint reading experience
  • Caliper and other measuring tool reading
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
  • Effective communications skills
