The Catering Team Member plays a vital role in delivering Chick-fil-A Dupont Road's renowned hospitality beyond the restaurant. They ensure every catering order is prepared, packaged, and delivered with excellence, accuracy, and care. This role supports the Catering Director by facilitating the complete sequence of catering operations, from order entry to delivery or pick up, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional experience.


Catering Team Members are dependable, detail-oriented, and uphold the highest food safety and quality standards. They collaborate closely with Front of House Team Members, Back of House Team Members, and leadership teams to execute catering orders efficiently while maintaining readiness to assist restaurant operations when catering tasks are complete.
