As a Catering Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our restaurant, supporting our catering operations and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences beyond the restaurant. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are prepared accurately, delivered on time, and presented with excellence.

Position Type:

  • Full-time (40+ hrs a week)
  • Some early mornings and late evenings, weekends required.
  • Combination of in-store catering preparation, off-site delivery, and general operation support.
  • Delivering orders is required - MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE VEHICLE - you will be reimbursed for your mileage, but you will need to use your own vehicle to make deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and assembling catering orders with accuracy and care.
  • Ensure all catering items meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Load, transport, and deliver catering orders.
  • Set up catering displays at delivery locations when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely execution.
  • Verify orders before departure to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies and work areas.
  • Provide professional and friendly service during deliveries and guest interactions.

Availability Requirements:

  • You must be fully available to be considered for this position.
  • You will be required to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
  • Weekend availability required. You MUST be available to work FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!
  • On-call shifts and holiday work will be required.
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION. You must have open availability. Your schedule will depend on the catering orders we have for the day. That may mean early mornings or late evenings some days.
  • On days that we do not have many catering orders, you will be required to work on the line in the restaurant, supporting operations in either the Front of House or Back of House.
