The Catering Driver is a store Crew Member but also a brand ambassador of Chi’Lantro whose main focus is on creating the ultimate client experience by delivering and setting up catering. The Catering Driver at Chi’Lantro plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our catering services. They are responsible for delivering food orders to various locations promptly and professionally.They are reliable, customer-focused and have a strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and timely service.

What You Do
  • Complete Crew Member training to understand store operations and menu knowledge.
  • Assist the team at store level when needed.
  • Complete Driver training to understand catering operations and driver expectations.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to accept and pick up orders for stores to deliver.
  • Follow established delivery schedules and maintain timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with the Managers on Duty or Catering Departement to alert them of potential problems with orders; for example, late delivery, missing items, incorrect orders.
  • Check address ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery.
  • Double check order with packslip prior to departure to prevent missing/incorrect items and check order upon arrival at destination.
  • Have a backup “emergency stock” of catering necessities.
  • Deliver and set up the catering order.
  • Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to maintain the quality and integrity of catering orders during transit.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly.
