DESCRIPTION
At Chick-fil-A Irondequoit a Catering Supervisor is someone who plays a vital role in the restaurant's success by leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding Chick-fil-A Irondequoit's core values of excellence, kindness, and hospitality. A Catering Supervisor will in charge of overseeing all catering orders down to preparation, confirmation calls and delivery. A Catering Supervisor is responsible for setting an example of leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and helping team members grow and develop in their roles. They also aid our managers during shifts, handle guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining the brand's commitment to quality. REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid US Drivers License and will be comfortable driving
  • Be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week
  • Willing to deliver orders in a timely manner
  • Attention to order accuracy and details
  • Able to call and confirm orders with guest
  • Must be able to ring up catering orders in our POS system
  • Must be willing to work cross functionally in order to successfully produce an order
  • Has to have the ability to take ownership of assignments
  • Ability to lift heavy items
  • Reliable and Responsible
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work occasional extra hours as needed for large events or last-minute orders
  • Has to complete a driving course through Chick-fil-A (Cost provided by the company)
