About the Role:
As our Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Experience managing event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and client communications
  • Ability to drive catering revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and business development
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and event service standards
  • Proficiency in hotel sales, catering, and event management systems (Delphi, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
