A day in the life.

As a Catering & Conference Services Manager, you sell about 60% of the time. Your primary sales focus is to further cultivate and develop the social, wedding and corporate markets with an annual quota of $750K. The remaining 40% is dedicated servicing your catering groups and administrative tasks. 


To be successful in the Catering & Conference Services Manager position, you:

  • have experience in a similar size hotel (200+ rooms). We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel.
