Position: Catering Sales Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Driving revenues in various segments with a heavy focus on social and wedding business.
-Exceeding customers' expectations with great knowledge, professionalism, and genuine service.
-Develop and maintain exceptional relationships.
-Qualify internal leads and turn inquires into events.
-Book and detail events with extreme accuracy.
-Up sell menu items to maximize revenues while providing increased value and an exceptional experience to our guests.
-Being a team player to promote a positive atmosphere for our associates while keeping the highest of standards in place.
-Provide pricing recommendations that illustrates tremendous value to our guest while profitability margins are met.
-Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays!
Qualifications:
-Banquet sales experience that includes knowledge of social and wedding segments.
-Must have a keen eye for detail.
-Professional and polished with the ability to build and maintain relationships in an upscale environment.
-Must have the ability to guide and lead guests through the planning process which includes choices of foods, beverages, set-ups & presentations, themes, colors, etc.
-Results oriented and enthusiastic!
-Must have extremely high standards in all areas and a passion for guest service.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
