We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members to assist our Catering Coordinator in processing and fulfilling catering orders and growing the catering business. This position will primarily work in operations at the restaurant when not process or fulfilling catering orders.

Catering Assistant specific requirements:

- Have a driver's license and reliable vehicle that can be used for catering deliveries.

- Available on Saturdays

- Ability to drive a truck and trailer is preferred, but not required

- POS and computer skills are ideal

Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.

- Ideal candidates would work an evening shift shift 4-5 times a week (typical shifts are 4pm-9pm or 5-11pm). However, we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate.

- Consistently serve high quality food in a timely manner while following food safety procedures

- Consistently process and fulfill catering orders and assist the team with operations at the store

- Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Attentive and Courteous and Cleanliness)

- Pass any food safety inspections (internal or external) and be constantly improving our practices

- Follow evening procedures and set the morning shift up for success

- Other duties as assigned
