Nous recherchons un chef de produit motive pour rejoindre l'equipe AEC Data. A ce poste, vous contribuerez a definir et a mettre en uvre la strategie et la feuille de route de Content Catalog. Content Catalog offre aux equipes un espace centralise pour stocker, gerer les versions, organiser et rechercher du contenu BIM, tel que les familles Revit et les blocs AutoCAD. En garantissant aux equipes l'acces a des contenus approuves et a jour, Content Catalog ameliore la coherence, favorise l'adoption des normes et reduit les retouches tout au long des workflows de projet.

En tant que chef de produit, vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les clients, ainsi qu'avec les equipes d'ingenierie, d'architecture, de conception d'experience utilisateur et de produit, afin de comprendre les defis lies a la gestion de contenu et de proposer des solutions qui ameliorent la maniere dont le contenu de conception est cree, gere, partage et reutilise. Vous devrez trouver le juste equilibre entre les besoins des clients, les priorites metier et les considerations techniques, tout en favorisant l'adoption du produit et son succes a long terme.

Rattache(e) au responsable de la gestion de produit en charge des donnees de creation granulaires, vous collaborerez avec les Product Owners, les architectes, les responsables d'ingenierie et les chefs de produit afin de definir les investissements produit et les priorites de la feuille de route.

Responsabilites

  • Definir et mettre en uvre la strategie produit et la feuille de route de Content Catalog

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre les defis lies a la gestion, a la gouvernance et a la reutilisation du contenu dans les flux de travail du secteur AEC

  • Piloter les investissements produit visant a ameliorer la decouvrabilite, la qualite, la coherence et la fiabilite du contenu

  • Collaborer avec les equipes d'ingenierie, d'architecture et de conception d'experience utilisateur afin de proposer des experiences de gestion de contenu intuitives et evolutives

  • Collaborer avec les equipes produit d'Autodesk afin d'ameliorer l'integration et l'adoption des fonctionnalites de Content Catalog

Qualifications Minimales

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join the AEC Data team. In this role, you will help define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for Content Catalog.Content Catalog provides a central place for teams to store, version, organize, and find BIM content such as Revit families and AutoCAD blocks. By ensuring teams have access to approved and up-to-date content, Content Catalog improves consistency, supports standards adoption, and reduces rework across project workflows.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, engineering, architecture, experience design, and product teams to understand content management challenges and deliver solutions that improve how design content is created, governed, shared, and reused. You will balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while driving adoption and long-term product success.

Reporting to the Manager, Product Management responsible for Granular Authoring Data, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers to shape product investments and roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Content Catalog

  • Partner directly with customers to understand content management, governance, and reuse challenges across AEC workflows

  • Drive product investments that improve content discoverability, quality, consistency, and trust

  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and experience design teams to deliver intuitive and scalable content management experiences

  • Partner with product teams across Autodesk to improve integration and adoption of Content Catalog capabilities

  • Prioritize investments using customer insights, business objectives, product telemetry, and technical considerations

  • Define and track success metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform future roadmap decisions

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering software products or platform capabilities

  • Strong understanding of AEC workflows, BIM processes, and design content management

  • Experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product investments

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern software platforms

  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience defining product success metrics and using data to drive decisions

  • Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
