Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate, direct, and assist Table Game Supervisors in the evaluation of Table Game personnel (subordinates) in the areas of policies, procedures, and performance
  • Supervise and maintain the integrity of Table Game and promotions
  • Maintain daily communication with the Director and Manager of Table Games via written and verbal reports
  • Monitor and direct all Supervisors, Dual Rates, and Dealer on related floor activities
  • Responsible of the accuracy of the card and dice inventory associated logs
  • Ensuring the Table Game pit follows Colorado Gaming Regulations, ICMP's, and company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring customer play for any unusual or suspicious variations of play, cheating, or scams
  • Complete performance evaluations for supervisory staff
  • Responsible for assisting department trainer in facilitating training
  • Responsible for over-seeing currency transaction reporting as it arises
  • May perform functions of Table Games Staff as required
  • Directly manages Blackjack Supervisors and Dual Rate Supervisors
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Table Games personnel on their shifts
  • Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents
  • Must have strong knowledge of Colorado Gaming Regulations and ICMP's
  • Must have extensive knowledge of all games in the pit and the ability to deal them
  • Must have knowledge of alcohol beverage control regulations
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
  • 2 years of supervisor/managerial experience--5 years of experience in Blackjack
  • Managerial experience in jurisdictions outside of Colorado
  • Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
