Job Description:

We are seeking a Director-level Senior Product Manager to join the team responsible for CashPro Security and Authentication products. This role will help define and execute the future of CashPro's security strategy, partnering across Product, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Operations, and Client-facing teams to deliver solutions that enhance client security, reduce fraud risk, and strengthen the overall CashPro experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic product initiatives from ideation through delivery, including discovery, problem definition, business case development, requirements documentation, prioritization, execution, and post-launch measurement.

Translate complex business and security challenges into actionable product strategies and executable delivery plans.

Serve as the primary product partner for security technology teams and influence strategic investments, roadmaps, and technical priorities.

Manage security-related product portfolios, including vendor relationships, product performance, inventory management, escalations, and operational governance.

Serve as a subject matter expert for CashPro's security and authentication capabilities, including access management, identity verification, authentication, fraud prevention, and related security controls.

Identify opportunities to strengthen client security through product enhancements, process improvements, policy changes, and emerging technologies.

Maintain close partnerships with Global Information Security, risk, fraud, technology, and other enterprise stakeholders to stay informed on emerging threats, industry trends, and regulatory expectations. Influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, Sales, Service, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Information Security.

Analyze client behavior, market trends, fraud patterns, and product performance data to develop recommendations that improve security, client experience, and business outcomes.

Support regulatory and audit engagements by providing product expertise, responding to inquiries, and ensuring appropriate risk management and controls.

Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commercialization teams to develop client-facing messaging, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.

Support weekend release activity as associated with product launches.

Represent CashPro Security in client meetings, board sessions, conferences, and industry forums, communicating product strategy, security best practices, and emerging threat landscapes.

Identify, manage, and escalate product risks and control issues, including ownership of key product governance and Strategic Process Inventory (SPI) deliverables.

Contribute to talent development through coaching, mentoring, and leadership across the broader CashPro Product organization.

Maintain broad expertise across the CashPro platform and advocate for solutions that balance security, client experience, and business growth.

8+ years of product management experience or related experience in treasury management, digital banking, payments, cybersecurity, technology, or financial services.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for executive leadership, technical teams, and clients.
