Treasury Analyst
Reports To: Director of Treasury
Position Summary:
The Treasury Analyst supports daily liquidity operations, cash positioning, systembased cash flow forecasting, bank connectivity, and process governance. This role reports directly to the Director of Treasury. The ideal candidate has handson experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Cash Management), Bank of America CashPro, and Smart View.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cash positioning and system-supported cash flow forecasting.
• Use Smart View and Oracle Cash Management dashboards for liquidity reporting.
• Manage bank/branch/account master data and import electronic bank statements.
• Execute automated and manual bank reconciliations.
• Utilize CashPro for payments, reporting, forecasting insights, and user administration.
• Strengthen SOX controls, segregation of duties, and treasury compliance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and enhancement of treasury workflows.
• Support internal and external audits with treasury documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash operations, or accounting.
• Experience with systembased cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Cash Management.
• Strong Smart View reporting and dataanalysis skills.
• Operational knowledge of Bank of America CashPro.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Preferred:
• Public company experience with SOX compliance.
• Familiarity with BAI2, MT940, ISO 20022 formats.
• Experience with CashPro Insights and Forecasting.
Competencies:
• Strong analytical accuracy and ownership of liquidity reporting.
• High proficiency in Oracle, CashPro, and Smart View.
• Riskaware mindset with strong control orientation.
• Clear communication around cash flow trends and liquidity drivers.
