Cashiers help set the tone for every visit by delivering friendly, efficient, and accurate service. This role is essential to maintaining smooth restaurant flow, supporting both guests and team members, and ensuring orders are handled with care and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

Cashier

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Accurately Take and process orders at the counter for delivery and to-go.
  • Take payments for To-Go and delivery orders and maintain the cash drawer.
  • Communicate with the kitchen about the status of paid orders.
  • Double-check all items and provide necessary condiments, utensils, and packaging and help guests out to the car if needed.
  • Communicate order status with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  • Assist guests with directions or information (e.g., seater podium, restrooms, bar).
  • Back up other front-of-house positions as needed.

Phone Attendant

  • Answer phone calls within two rings using professional phone etiquette.
  • Take orders quickly and accurately, paying close attention to details such as addresses, credit card info, and special instructions.
  • Provide accurate pick-up and delivery times.
  • Answer guest questions and take messages for management when needed.
  • Support other team members and help ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A current Food Handlers Certificate or ability to obtain upon hire – required
  • Prior restaurant experience is a plus
  • Must be available weekend evening (3pm-10pm, Fri-Sun)
