Position Overview
The Cash Operations Associate is a critical member of the Treasury team, responsible for driving the accuracy and efficiency of daily cash management and payment activities. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to support process efficiency and improve operational workflows to help meet the operational needs of a growing organization. By collaborating with banking partners and cross-functional teams, the Cash Operations Associate ensures reliable cash visibility and execution, contributing directly to the organization's financial stability and ability to operate at scale.
What You Will Do
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Treasury requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Independently manage assigned tasks through the Treasury ticketing system, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Electronic payment input in bank portals and the Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders; maintain close communication with banks and business units to ensure smooth payment execution
  • Assist in protecting the company from fraud through wire instruction verification and positive pay activities
  • Act as the subject-matter resource for bank portal access, user setup and maintenance
  • Handle check inquiries and stop payment requests as assigned
  • Calculate and process monthly bank fee allocation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compile and maintain monthly bank statements in a centralized repository
  • Partner with Treasury team to support data accuracy and basic reporting within Kyriba
  • Assist with account opening documentation and related administrative processes
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within Treasury operations
  • Provide general administrative support, including reviewing daily mail, determining required actions, and processing items accordingly.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings on a rotating basis, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
  • Perform additional duties and projects assigned
  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Process deposits through remote deposit or in-person at bank branch if needed

Ideally, You'll Have
  • 2+ years of Corporate Treasury, Banking, or Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical ability including Excel proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough research and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

You'll crush it if you have experience with
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System, including hands-on management of system setup, reporting capabilities, and integrations
  • CTP certification or a clear path toward obtaining it, demonstrating strong technical treasury expertise and commitment to continued growth
  • Real estate or other asset-intensive sectors, with exposure to acquisitions, development projects, and complex cash flow structures
  • Yardi, Entrata or Microsoft Office

Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
Additional Compensation
Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
