As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Bank, you will contribute to the success of our new deposit product by partnering with Operations and Controls teams to ensure effective servicing of our customers and compliance with all applicable laws/regulations. You will monitor product performance, support documentation and audit readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize both internal and customer-facing operational processes. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence.


Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations teams to support day-to-day servicing related to the new deposit product.
  • Collaborate with Controls teams to ensure documentation and audit readiness, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and report on key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the team in administrative and business management tasks related to product operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and compliance status.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact operations and controls.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing operational processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of Retail Banking / Financial Services experience
  • 3+ years of product / program management experience.
  • Solid understanding of the product development life cycle, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to consumer regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas clearly.
  • Team player who can build relationships and collaborate across different teams and functions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and reliability while working with moderate supervision.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive approach to tasks.
