Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee the organization's cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. This role is responsible for optimizing cash flow, managing financial risk, supporting forecasting activities, and ensuring efficient treasury processes that support the company's financial objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of treasury management practices, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for operational and strategic business needs.
  • Oversee banking relationships, including account management, service agreements, and treasury products.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, variance reports, and treasury metrics for leadership review.
  • Manage wire transfers, ACH transactions, positive pay, and other treasury-related banking activities.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Monitor debt obligations, loan covenants, and compliance requirements.
  • Support investment management activities and evaluate opportunities to optimize excess cash.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations, efficiency, and reporting.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks related to cash management, banking operations, and market exposures.
  • Support audits by providing treasury documentation, reconciliations, and reporting as requested.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • MBA, CFA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or other relevant certification preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or cash management experience.
  • Previous experience managing corporate cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and liquidity management.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Treasury Management System (TMS) experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of banking platforms and electronic payment systems.
Pay Details: $55.00 to $88.00 per hour
