Job description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Sales Associate to join our Artesian Gift Shop Retail Unit 3 team located at the Artesian Gift Shop working .
Summary:
Greet and assists patrons in the purchasing of items available for sale, accepting cash and change. Responsible for providing highest level of customer service and providing the winning experience.
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Picks up and signs for cash bank to be used on assigned shift
* Assists and guides customers with purchase selection
- Engages potential customers and guides with selection and purchase decisions
- May order catolog items if not in stock
- Promotes products to increase guest satisfaction and store sales
* Maintains purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift to be given to Gift Shop Manager for inventory purposes
* Audits and reconciles credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift, and complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts
* Performs all other duties as assigned
