Growth Marketing Manager

Totus

Scottsdale, AZ • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 16 days ago

Job description

About Us
Totus is the modern gift card platform built for brands. We're rethinking gift cards from the ground up - transforming them from an operational burden into a strategic growth engine. Our platform simplifies issuance, distribution, and financial operations while unlocking new revenue streams and delivering better customer experiences. Today, more than 60 leading brands - including Waymo, Poshmark, Oura Ring, Allbirds, Outdoorsy, Fold, ThirdLove, and Unleashed Brands - rely on Totus to power their gift card programs.
We're a fast-growing team that values efficiency, creativity, and real impact. If you thrive in environments where you can shape processes, collaborate with sharp teammates, and see your work move the business forward, you'll fit right in.
Overview
We're hiring our very first marketer a true A-player who will own and define the entire marketing function from day one. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you'll build and execute the full-funnel growth engine (demand gen, branding, product marketing) that fuels Totus' next phase of hyper-growth. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with massive upside: you'll start as an individual contributor and have the opportunity to grow into the head of marketing as we scale.
This is a full-time role, based in Scottsdale, AZ as a hybrid environment. Travel may be required occasionally for team meetings or events.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end digital demand generation: paid search/social (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns that deliver high-quality B2B pipeline.
  • Build and scale our PPC engine across platforms with rigorous ROI discipline.
  • Fully own HubSpot - implementation, automation workflows, lead scoring, nurture streams, and reporting dashboard.
  • Create best-in-class content (blog, case studies, website copy, social, video) that positions Totus as the modern gift-card/incentive platform.
  • Establish and relentlessly reinforce our brand identity across every touchpoint.
  • Partner tightly with Sales and Product; build sales collateral, run co-marketing with brand partners, and turn happy customers into case studies and referrals.
  • Be the marketing team of one (at first) - extreme ownership, zero hand-holding, fast experimentation.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with clear evidence of driving revenue impact (not just activity metrics) in B2B SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise - you've set it up from scratch or inherited a messy instance and turned it into a revenue machine.
  • You have personally built and scaled paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads + LinkedIn is a must) to $50K-$200K+/mo spend with strong ROAS.
  • Proven content/brand chops: you can write persuasive long-form (case studies, blog posts) and short-form (LinkedIn, emails) that actually converts.
  • Analytical rigor
  • You move insanely fast, hate bureaucracy, and thrive in ambiguity.
Nice to Have
  • Graphic design sense (Canva or Figma) and familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
  • Experience marketing to enterprises in gifting, incentives, HR/tech, or loyalty
  • Past startup experience where you wore many hats
