We are seeking aProject Managerto lead capital projects that support innovation, automation, reliability, compliance, and operational improvement across the site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is ready to build technical and leadership capability in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead projects from concept through execution, startup, and handoff, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results. Depending on business need, this role may support either ourMaking Process organizationor ourPacking team.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will lead capital programs typically ranging from$200,000 to $2,000,000 in scope. Project types may include:

  • New product initiatives

  • Capacity expansion

  • Cost savings and productivity improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital projects from initial scope development through design, execution, startup, and handoff

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, purchasing, finance, and other functions to deliver project objectives

  • Supportcapital management, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change control

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans

  • Communicate project status, priorities, and needs clearly to stakeholders

  • Coordinate and manage work withvendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers

  • Maintain requiredCPS tracking, project documentation, and reporting

  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, compliance, and operational requirements

  • Support equipment startup, commissioning, and transition to operations

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Willingness to work cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and external partners

Preferred

  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based work

  • Experience with automation, process systems, packaging equipment, or manufacturing technology
