Location: 3103 McKinney St, Houston, TX 77003
POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Aide provides administrative, logistical, and direct client support to the Child Placing Agency. This position works closely with Case Managers and Program Supervisors to ensure children, foster families, and clients receive timely, coordinated, and high-quality services. Case Aide assists with case documentation, client engagement, transportation, resource coordination, and compliance activities while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the agency's mission of serving children and families.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet licensing requirements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Education
  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.

Experience
  • One (1) year of experience in social services, child welfare, case management support, administrative support, or a related field preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a combination of office, community, and field settings. Regular travel to client homes, schools, courts, and community agencies is required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to meet program and client needs.
