About the Role:
As a Case Manager at Children's Advocate LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need. Join our dedicated team in Frankfort, IL, and make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through challenging situations with compassion and expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored service plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy for children and families in various situations.
