Case Manager - Child Welfare
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Community-based)
Employment Type: Part-time
Hourly Position: $20.00 per hour for billable hours and $10.00 per hour for non-billable hours

About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Case Manager to support children, youth, and families involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will provide education, guidance, and connection to community resources while working directly with families in foster and family homes. You will help families build skills that promote safety, stability, and long-term success.

This position offers flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life while meeting client needs, with availability for after-hours crisis response as required. You will receive ongoing support through weekly supervision, training, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Work directly with children, youth, and families in foster and family homes
• Provide supervised visitation and client transportation as needed
• Deliver parenting education and life skills training
• Support substance use education, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment assistance
• Link families to appropriate community resources and services
• Respond to after-hours crisis situations as required
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Participate in weekly supervision, training sessions, and team meetings

Requirements
• One of the following:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or
– High School Diploma, GED, or Associate’s Degree with four (4) or more years of full-time casework experience focused on child protection and care
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License in good standing
• State-minimum auto insurance
