Role Overview
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and supportive services to the Social Services Program at St. Leo Residence for Veterans. Maintain up to date and accurate client files and databases, as required by CCAC policies and procedures, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations. Handle a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance as well.
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating, and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary. Accept, log, and store donations received at the site. Complete all required documentation in accordance with CCAC policies and procedures, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accredited bodies.
  • Plan and coordinate social outings/events and educational presentations provided by outside vendors/providers.
  • Handle all requests, scheduling, and monitoring all activities related to volunteers/volunteer opportunities. Transport clients to monthly events and appointments as needed and determined by Program Director. Represent St. Leo at community and agency functions as necessary.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development, seeking and applying feedback to continuously improve performance and contribute to team and organizational success.

PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day
  • Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
