In this senior leadership role within the OLISC Studios department, you will ensure that our work not only meets but exceeds the highest industry standards. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader, well-versed in the intricacies of promoting products and services in the marketplace, and someone who can drive creative excellence across all channels.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning designs and a diverse range of successful, high-impact campaigns, including Hawaiian and local style projects (please include a link to your portfolio with your application).
  • At least 8+ years of full-time experience as a designer in a studio or agency, with demonstrated leadership and a passion for mentoring junior designers.
  • An ambition that includes collaborating with top-tier designers from around the world, continuously pushing the envelope of creative possibilities.
  • A proven track record of independent projects and the ability to work collaboratively with other creative professionals across various media.

Qualifications:
