Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its Urgent Care clinic in Carroll office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Rooming patients, taking vitals and patient history, performing point of care testing, immunization and other injections, assisting in a fast paced clinical setting, and cross-train to assist with maintaining reception desk activities including but not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone and assisting with online booking.

Education

  • Graduate of accredited program for Medical Assistants
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing

Certification/License

  • Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA
  • Possession of current State Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Possession of current State Registered Nurse license.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.

Days: Scheduled as needed. M-F and/or Sat-Sun

Hours: Rotating M-F 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM. Sat & Sun 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

Experience

  • Clinic experience preferred.

$2.50 per hour pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, please ask for details.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
